what can be customised in a semi-custom suite?

All our designs in our Semi-Custom Collection can be modified to suit your needs, including colours, text, fonts, card stock, print finishes and embellishments. To customise your suite to suit your wedding, send us an email and we will confirm your order details.

what is the minimum quantity?

Our minimum order quantity for our Semi-Custom Collection and all custom designs is 25 pieces. We do not take orders under this minimum.

I know exactly what I like, can you create something custom?

Absolutely! Custom invitation and signage design is our speciality. For more information, visit our stationery page and get in touch with us for your custom quote.

when should I order?

Semi-custom orders take a minimum of 2-3 weeks for production and custom orders take a minimum of 4-6 weeks. We recommend sending your save the dates at least 6 months in advance followed by your invitation suites 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding.

do you offer samples?

Yes of course. We recommend purchasing one of our sample packs (coming soon!) prior to placing an order. Custom invitation orders include one complimentary printed sample if required.

what is your payment process

For all custom invitation orders we will issue an invoice for the payment of your pieces. A deposit is required is reserve your place in our calendar. We offer a standard payment plan of 50% non-refundable deposit following 50% due at the beginning of production/printing. Payments are processed through direct deposit / bank transfer or credit card upon request.

do you ship internationally?

Yes! We work with couples all over the world.

what is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or refund for our Semi-Custom Collection or custom designs. We work with you until you are satisfied with your final designs to ensure your order will be to your liking. We do not offer refunds for colour variations between digital form and physical printed form, or any grammatical/spelling errors that are the customers responsibility to check. Once you have approved your final design proof, any missed errors are not the responsibility of Quill. Any mistakes that are the fault of Quill (printed text differs from final proof) the pieces will be reprinted at our expense with no additional charges to the customer.
